Cindy Charvat

Executive Assistant

Cindy Charvat joined Construction Risk Solutions (CRS) as the Executive Assistant. Her responsibilities include coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing schedules for the executive staff. The CRS team also depends on Cindy to create spreadsheets, presentations, and reports and to compose and send out correspondence to various clients and vendors.

Prior to joining CRS, Cindy worked as a Wrap Up Insurance Administrator for 7 years and had 5 years experience as a Claims Assistant for Willis of Maryland, Inc. Her insurance administrator duties included enrolling construction contractors into a Wrap Up insurance program, verifying coverage information, and compiling insurance data from individual contractors. As a claims assistant, Cindy provided general clerical, customer service, and telephone support to the Claims department, including gathering loss data and reporting claims to specified carriers.

Before moving to Willis, Cindy worked as a legal secretary where she was responsible for preparing correspondence and legal papers such as summonses, complaints, motions, and responses.

Cindy's personal interests include traveling to various vacation spots with her husband and three adult children, as well as volunteer work, reading, walking and getting together with family and friends.
