Gerard S. (Jerry) Heim

Director of Claims Management

Gerard S. (Jerry) Heim is the Director of Claims for Construction Risk Solutions, LLC, where he directly oversees the handling of claim issues for our clientele.

Jerry has over twenty years experience in the property and casualty insurance claim industry. His experience ranges from directly handling complex Builder's Risk, Property and General Liability claims to conducting field investigation of Worker's Compensation, Auto and Environmental losses.

Jerry has worked for National and Regional insurance carriers in roles as Claims Manager, Litigation Director, Unit Leader, and Field Adjuster. This background has given Jerry tremendous insight and understanding of the overall claims process within insurance organizations, including cost-containment, litigation management and loss mitigation programs. Jerry offers a well rounded and balanced perspective to claims issues and his proactive involvement helps clients achieve optimal results when losses occur.

Jerry is married with three daughters. Among his personal interests, Jerry enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in girls' basketball at the AAU and travel league levels and mountain climbing.
