Luke Bien

Senior Client Manager

Luke Bien is a Senior Client Manager at Construction Risk Solutions (CRS), where he oversees the services provided to CRS clients. Luke provides strategic and technical advice on all client related issues. His specialties include risk analysis, coverage analysis and identifying potential exposures to loss. His insurance knowledge covers all of the core property and casualty lines, umbrella liability, professional liability and management liability.

Luke has more than 20 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry with a focus on construction accounts. Prior to joining CRS, Luke worked for a national broker on their Risk Management Team. In addition, Luke has held various underwriting positions with several major insurance carriers. Most recently, he was the Branch Underwriting Director for the Baltimore Branch of a national property and casualty underwriting company.

Luke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University. He resides in Manchester, MD with his wife and 2 children.
