Michele Merchant

Client Manager

Michele Merchant is a Client Manager at Construction Risk Solutions (CRS). Her day-to- day responsibilities include working closely with the Senior Client Managers to provide quality service to CRS clients. Additionally, Michele conducts policy, endorsement and audit reviews; oversees certificate issues, and interactions with insurance carriers on behalf of the client.

Michele has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with the majority of her experience coming from the carrier side, and she has been servicing construction accounts for the past seven years.

Michele lives in White Hall, Maryland with her husband. She has two children: a son in his sophomore year in college and a daughter in her sophomore year in high school.
