Steve Dzurik

Vice President

Steve Dzurik is a Vice President for Construction Risk Solutions (CRS), where he is primarily responsible for the acquisition, growth, and service of construction accounts. Steve works directly with clients and prospective clients to build customized solutions to address their risk-management needs. His objective is to reduce their risk and add revenue to their bottom line.

Steve has experience with all size and types of general and specialty construction firms in the Mid-Atlantic Region, including many of the ENR 400. He works closely with his clients and the CRS team to develop superior program design, gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of their risk-management program, and deliver exceptional service.

Prior to his current position, Steve was a Vice President for Willis of Maryland, Inc. where he worked successfully to grow construction revenue. Prior to his insurance career Steve acquired significant experience in Operations, Administration, and Risk Management functions for both construction and manufacturing companies.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Juris Doctor (law degree) from Regent University in Chesapeake, Virginia. He is a current member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Professionally, he is active with the Keystone Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), where he serves on the Board of Directors.

His personal interests include spending time with his wife and three children, coaching and playing sports, and teaching Sunday school.
